Holistic Nutrition for Gut + Hormone Health
Hi, I’m Quinn Dooley, a registered holistic nutritionist and certified holistic practitioner, and the founder of Good Feelings Kitchen. In addition to my work in holistic wellness, I’m also a professional actor, singer, and musician, working in theatre and film/TV.
My practice centers on gut and hormone health, with a focus on how nutrition—what we eat, how we eat, and our relationship with food—directly influences our digestion, metabolism, and hormonal balance. I work with clients to support healthy gut function, reduce digestive distress, stabilize blood sugar, and nourish the systems that regulate hormones related to energy, mood, stress, and menstrual health. My goal is to help you cultivate a deeper awareness around food and nutrition so you can embrace cooking, eating, entertaining, and connecting with others as intentional forms of wellness and self-care. Everyone’s life experiences, challenges, and physiology are unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
